On January 14, 2026, another seminar titled “Effective Marketing Communication in the Information Age” was organized by the Lifelong Learning School of Mingachevir State University. The seminar, held in a hybrid format via the Microsoft Teams platform, was attended by a group of lecturers and students of the university.
During the seminar, Professor Metehan Tolon from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University delivered a presentation. In his speech, Prof. Tolon provided detailed information on the role of marketing communication strategies in the information society, the influence of digital platforms, establishing effective communication with customers, and the importance of communication tools in building brand value. He emphasized that social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and interactive communication methods are among the key tools of the modern era.
The main purpose of the seminar was to familiarize students with marketing approaches appropriate to the requirements of the information age, the development of effective communication strategies, and the skills of delivering accurate messages in the digital environment.
At the end of the seminar, participants’ questions were answered, and extensive discussions were held on the topic.
