MSU's Sustainability Plan
The “MSU Sustainable Development Plan” has been developed based on the “MSU 2030: Development Strategy” and outlines the University’s roadmap for advancement in line with sustainability principles through 2030. In the preparation of this Plan, the following strategic documents were taken into consideration: the United Nations’ “Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, “Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development”, and the “SocioEconomic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 20222026”, as well as key national and international trends in higher education.

Student Associations and Clubs
The Student Youth Organization (SYO) of Mingachevir State University is a student body that operates based on the common interests of students and the principles of volunteerism. The organization supports the protection of students’ rights and interests, promotes their intellectual and personal development, and encourages active participation in the social and academic life of the university. It also contributes to the effective organization of students’ leisure time and strengthens cooperation and interaction among student groups and faculties. OUR MISSION The main mission of the Student Youth Organization is to represent and protect the interests of students within the framework of the state youth policy. The organization aims to support the active involvement of students in the social, cultural, and academic life of the university and society, while creating opportunities for their personal and professional development.
