The first stage of the artistic creativity competition-festival dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at Mingachevir State University. The event was organized within the framework of a joint initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers.

The first stage of the competition, held at the university, served as an important platform for revealing students’ artistic and creative potential, identifying their talents, and presenting them to a wider audience. Participants performing in various genres and fields demonstrated their creative abilities during the event.

It was noted that the main purpose of organizing the competition-festival is to foster artistic and aesthetic taste among young people, promote national and moral values, increase interest in art, and support the development of creative potential.
