Another practical training session was organized as part of the “Green Garden – Developing Agronomy Skills” project, which is being implemented at Secondary School No. 8 named after Nizami Ganjavi in Mingachevir.

The training session was carried out with the participation and support of Project Expert Aynur Guliyeva, Project Manager Ruhana Musayeva, and Gorkhmaz Rahimov, Head of the “One Volunteer” Student Organization of Mingachevir State University (MSU). Volunteer university students and school pupils worked together to plant a variety of shrubs, encouraging environmental stewardship and collaborative learning.

During the practical session, participants gained hands-on experience in planting techniques, soil preparation, and proper plant care and maintenance. The training provided students with practical agronomy skills while fostering environmental awareness and promoting sustainable landscaping practices.

The “Green Garden – Developing Agronomy Skills” project is one of the winning initiatives of the 9th Grant Competition. Led by Ruhana Musayeva, the project aims to develop young people’s practical agricultural competencies, strengthen environmental responsibility, and encourage active participation in creating greener and more sustainable communities.
