On November 24, 2025, a film presentation dedicated to the memory of the Patriotic War martyrs Musa Hasanov and Tural Hasanov was organized at Mingachevir State University. The event, organized by the university’s Student Patriotism Development Center, aimed to introduce martyr families, strengthen patriotic spirit among young people, and preserve the sacred memory of the nation’s heroes.

At the beginning of the event, the cherished memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs was honored with a one-minute silence.

Speaking at the event, Rector of Mingachevir State University Anar Eminov stated that the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland are sacred values for the Azerbaijani people. He noted that the care and attention shown to martyr families are among the important priorities of state policy and emphasized that preserving these values and educating young people in the spirit of patriotism remain constant priorities at MDU.

Following the opening speech, the mother of the martyr brothers, Nahayat Hasanova, addressed the audience and expressed gratitude to the university administration for the efforts made toward raising young people in a patriotic spirit. She stressed that preserving the memory of her sons through such events provides great moral support to their family.

During the event, a film reflecting the life stories, battlefield heroism, and the hardships experienced by the families of the martyrs was screened. The film created a deep emotional impact on the audience, and the loyalty and bravery of the martyr brothers toward the Motherland were once again highly appreciated.

At the end of the presentation, students of Mingachevir State University recited poems dedicated to the martyrs, expressing their respect for their sacred memory.
