On October 16, 2025, a delegation led by the Rector of Mingachevir State University (MDU), Anar Eminov, visited the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University (AHBVU). The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the faculty, Professor Fırat Purtaş.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the implementation of dual degree programs in tourism, economics, and management. It was emphasized that these programs would contribute to strengthening scientific and academic ties between the higher education systems of the two brotherly countries, enhancing mutual trust, and promoting student mobility.

The parties also exchanged views on the alignment of curricula and course syllabi, the establishment of a joint working group, the implementation mechanisms of the programs, and future directions of cooperation.

It should be noted that the implementation of dual degree programs will provide students and master’s candidates with the opportunity to obtain diplomas from both MDU and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, enabling them to develop their knowledge and skills within the academic environments of both countries.
