A meeting was held at MSU to support the integration of new employees into the teaching process and digital work environment

On 14 September 2026, a meeting and an informative training session were held at Mingachevir State University (MSU) for newly recruited employees.

The main purpose of the meeting was to familiarise the employees who had recently joined the University community with the preparation process for the 2026/2027 academic year, support their adaptation to the new working environment and inform them about the procedures for using the digital platforms implemented at the University.

During the meeting, attention was drawn to the tasks ahead in connection with the beginning of the new academic year, the effective organisation of work processes, the employees’ rapid integration into the University environment and the importance of making purposeful use of modern digital opportunities.

As part of the event, Elchin Taghiyev, Head of MSU’s Centre for Digital Development and Information Technologies, conducted a training session for the new employees. During the training, detailed information was provided on the capabilities of the digital platforms used at the University and the procedures for using them. The key aspects of the proper and effective application of digital tools in work processes were also explained.

At the same time, attention was drawn to the role of digital platforms in organising daily activities in a more flexible and systematic manner, managing information and using relevant digital resources. During the training, the employees’ questions were answered, and views were exchanged on the relevant issues.

The meeting was significant in terms of enabling the new employees to become more familiar with the University’s operating principles and working environment, strengthening their preparation for the new academic year and developing their digital skills.
