The role of lawful and transparent employment in improving employees’ well-being, strengthening their social protection and fostering responsible employment relations was emphasised.

The seminar addressed changes in the modern labour market, current trends and employers’ expectations of candidates. The seminar continued with interactive discussions, during which views were exchanged on issues concerning students’ employment relations, employment opportunities and future career prospects.
