On September 9, 2026, Rector of Mingachevir State University Anar Eminov met with Bakhtiyar Barkhudarov, Head of the Central Aran Regional Employment Branch, and Seymur Yusibov, Director of the Mingachevir City Employment Center.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation between Mingachevir State University and the Central Aran Regional Employment Branch, the current state of the regional labor market, and the training of qualified specialists in line with evolving labor market demands.

The parties emphasized the importance of supporting graduates’ integration into the labor market, expanding their career opportunities, strengthening cooperation with employers, and taking labor market requirements into account in the educational process.

The meeting also focused on opportunities for cooperation in jointly organizing career exhibitions and job fairs at the University, informing students and graduates about internship programs and employment opportunities, as well as strengthening their direct engagement with potential employers.

It was noted that the cooperation would contribute to the development of human capital in the region, increased youth employment, and the establishment of more systematic links between education and the labor market.

As part of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue mutual cooperation in specific areas and to implement joint initiatives.
