On July 4, 2026, the “IT Specialist – Software Developer and Programmer” training program was launched in partnership with Mingachevir State University (MSU), with the support of the State Employment Agency and the organization of Netline Technology LLC.
A total of 40 participants from Mingachevir and surrounding districts, primarily graduates of Mingachevir State University, have joined the three-month training program. The initiative is designed to develop digital competencies in line with the evolving demands of the modern labor market and to contribute to the formation of highly qualified human capital in the region.
Within the framework of the program, participants are expected to acquire up-to-date theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required in real working environments in the field of information technology. The learning process is based on an application-oriented approach, enabling participants to systematically strengthen their knowledge and skills in software development and programming.
The training sessions are being held at the Cybersecurity Laboratory established at MSU within the framework of a grant project of the Ministry of Science and Education. Equipped with modern technological infrastructure, the laboratory enables participants to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical assignments, projects, and real-world application examples.
The involvement of MSU graduates in the program is of particular importance in terms of strengthening university–alumni relations, expanding lifelong learning opportunities, and enhancing graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market.
Participants who successfully complete the training program are expected to be provided with opportunities for employment and obtaining internationally recognized certificates. In this regard, the program is aimed not only at developing knowledge and skills but also at transforming the acquired competencies directly into employment opportunities.
This initiative, implemented by MSU in cooperation with government institutions and the private sector, represents another step toward strengthening university–industry partnerships, developing the regional digital ecosystem, and preparing professionals whose qualifications meet the needs of the labor market.
The training program is expected to contribute to expanding young people’s access to modern technologies in the region, strengthening human resource capacity in the IT sector, developing innovative thinking and practical digital skills, as well as creating sustainable employment opportunities.
It should be noted that Mingachevir State University continues to regard the development of human capital, the integration of modern technologies into education and professional training, flexible cooperation with the labor market, and the expansion of initiatives contributing to the socio-economic development of the region as key strategic areas of its activities.
