Candidate Requirements

· A minimum Master’s degree in the relevant field;

· International language certificates are considered an advantage;

· Advanced proficiency in English;

· Strong teaching and communication skills;

· Ability to apply modern teaching methods;

· Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to an academic environment;

· Responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn;

· Being a graduate of Mingachevir State University is mandatory.
