On August 31, 2026, a citizens’ reception was held by Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University.

The reception was organized to ensure direct and open communication between the university administration and citizens, with the participation of the heads of relevant structural units of the university.

The heads of the relevant structural units were instructed to examine the appeals and duly inform citizens about the outcomes.
