On March 10, 2026, a citizen reception meeting was organized at Mingachevir State University. The meeting was attended by the Rector of the university, Anar Eminov, along with several heads of structural divisions. Students, master’s students, their parents, university staff members, and other citizens participated in the meeting and voiced their appeals and concerns regarding various issues.

During the meeting, participants raised different questions related to the educational process, social matters, and university activities, while also presenting several proposals. Rector Anar Eminov and the relevant structural division heads carefully listened to the appeals and provided appropriate instructions for their resolution. Some of the issues raised were addressed immediately, while it was noted that additional measures would be taken to investigate and promptly resolve the remaining appeals.

It should be noted that meetings in this format are organized regularly and contribute to the further improvement of university governance and the educational environment.
