On February 13, 2025, Mingachevir State University (MSU) launched a two-day, four-module training program organized by the Quality Assurance and Sustainable Development Department in collaboration with the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. The training program aims to enhance teachers’ pedagogical and psychological competencies while promoting the use of modern teaching methods to make the learning process more interactive and effective.
On the first day of the program, experienced MSU lecturers Konul Jabbarova and Ulviyya Verdiyeva served as trainers. Konul Jabbarova delivered a session on “The Application of Teaching Methods and Techniques,” providing participants with comprehensive information on various instructional methods and their effective implementation. Ulviyya Verdiyeva presented “The Use of Innovative, Creative, and Interactive Methods and Technologies,” introducing participants to contemporary educational technologies and innovative teaching practices.
By the end of the training, participants had gained valuable knowledge of modern teaching methods and approaches, enriching their instructional practices and becoming more familiar with contemporary pedagogical principles. The training program supports MSU’s commitment to developing highly qualified professionals in the fields of pedagogy and psychology while fostering continuous improvement in teaching quality.
