A seminar titled “The Role of Public Relations (PR) in Crisis Management and Social Resilience” was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU), organized by the Department of Economics and featuring Anar Shukurov, Head of the Alumni Affairs Sector at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and PhD in Political Science.
During the seminar, the strategic importance of public relations in crisis situations, effective communication mechanisms, information management, and the role of PR activities in ensuring social resilience were comprehensively analyzed. The speaker highlighted the importance of managing information flows effectively in the modern era, building public trust, and implementing efficient communication strategies during times of crisis.
