A large-scale Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Mingachevir State University and “ArchiCO” Limited Liability Company, one of the country’s leading engineering and construction companies.
Accordingly, on September 28, 2026, staff from the Department of Business Community and Alumni Relations at Mingachevir State University visited “ArchiCO” LLC.
During the meeting, an extensive exchange of views took place on expanding university-industry partnerships, joint activity opportunities, and issues of mutual interest. Company representatives were provided with detailed information about MSU’s activities, talent development priorities, and digital-innovative development course, while the projects implemented by “ArchiCO” LLC and its production capabilities were brought to attention.
Within the scope of the discussions, enhancing internship opportunities, training programs, and employment prospects for students and graduates studying engineering, architecture, construction, digitalization, and construction management was identified as a priority direction.
The partnership reflects MSU’s commitment to “green campus” principles, resource conservation, and environmental sustainability. During the meeting, agreement was expressed to support joint initiatives on building energy efficiency, green infrastructure solutions, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and the development of applied scientific research projects. These steps, which promote an environmentally responsible approach, aim to strengthen regional ecological safety and make a real contribution to combating climate change.
Future joint seminars, masterclasses, mentorship programs, and career events agreed upon by the parties will not only enhance students’ practical skills but also directly serve the quality of education and the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. This lays the groundwork for improving MSU’s Employer Reputation indicator in QS Stars and international ranking systems.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided to continue the partnership between MSU and “ArchiCO” LLC on an institutional level and begin implementing a concrete action plan across priority directions.
