Document submission for candidates admitted to the undergraduate level of Mingachevir State University will be conducted online from August 28 to September 8, until 18:00.

Undergraduate students must register at https://my.gov.az/ with the documents listed below. Individuals who fail to register via https://my.gov.az/ will be deemed not admitted, and their admission orders will not be issued.

Required Documents for Registration (State-Funded and Paid Basis):

1. Copy of ID card
2. 3×4 cm photograph (white background)
3. Original Certificate of Complete Secondary Education (Attestat)
4. For sub-bachelors: Notarized copy of the diploma or a certificate of graduation
5. Copy of the initial military registration certificate and military ID (for male applicants)
6. Copy of the tuition fee payment receipt (for paid-basis admissions)

Note: Students admitted on a paid basis must pay a minimum of 50% of the first-year tuition fee during registration.

Additional Mandatory Documents for Privileged Categories:

• Students who have lost both parents or are deprived of parental care (Under 23 years old):
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of death certificate(s) of the deceased parent(s)
  • Data on the latest medical assessment (Form 88) issued by the Medical-Social Expert Commission of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population for the other parent
• Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with Internally Displaced Person (IDP) status:
  • Notarized copy of the IDP certificate renewed through the end of the current year
• Students with 61–80% and 81–100% impaired body functions (Disability):
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Data on the latest examination (Form 88) from the Medical-Social Expert Commission of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population
    (If certificates are not in electronic form, a notarized copy is required)
• Students from Martyr Families (Under 23 years old):
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Notarized copy of the Martyr Family certificate
  • Notarized copy of the deceased parent’s death certificate
• Children of citizens with disabilities established in connection with defending the territorial integrity, independence, and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of parent’s ID card
  • Medical examination form (Form 88) from the Medical-Social Expert Commission
• Children of citizens who died, went missing during military operations, or were declared dead by a court order while defending the freedom, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Official document/certificate or order excerpt from the Ministry of Defense confirming death during military service (or court decision declaring the person dead)
• Persons awarded the title of “War Veteran” for participating in combat operations for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan (Applies only to first-time undergraduate students):
  • Notarized copy of the document confirming “War Veteran” status
• Children born after April 26, 1986, to a parent who participated in the clean-up of the Chernobyl NPP disaster or was affected/directly exposed to radiation:
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Notarized copy of the document confirming the parent was a liquidator of the Chernobyl NPP accident or directly affected by radioactive exposure
