BOOK CLUB
About the Club
The Book Club operates with the aim of forming a reading culture among students, increasing interest in artistic and scientific literature, and developing critical thinking and discussion skills. In addition to strengthening reading habits, the club serves to broaden the students’ worldview and raise their intellectual level.
Book discussions, reading days, and meetings with authors are regularly organized within the club. These events allow students to exchange ideas, analyze the works they read, and freely express their points of view.
Areas of activity:
- Organizing discussions of books related to local and world literature
- Conducting meetings with authors, poets and intellectuals
- Organizing reading marathons and “one book a month” projects
- Organizing literary and artistic evenings and poetry evenings
- Implementing book exhibitions and joint projects with the library
- Preparing programs that develop reading habits for new members
The main goals of the club:
- Creating interest in reading books in students and making this habit sustainable
- Forming a literary and intellectual environment
- Developing students’ speech and expression skills
- Contributing to the spiritual and cultural development of young people
