The event also aimed to contribute to the international development of young people’s knowledge and skills, the formation of competitive human capital, and the strengthening of sustainable career prospects.

The speaker at the event was Parviz Mammadurzayev, Coordinator of the International Relations and Cooperation Department. He provided detailed information on the role of master’s education in career development, the advantages of international academic experience in the labor market, and the importance of building global cooperation networks for both individual and institutional development. It was emphasized that studying abroad serves not only individual success but also the strengthening of the country’s intellectual potential and the development of a knowledge-based society.

Within the framework of the seminar, the following topics were discussed:

  • The application process for Türkiye Scholarships;
  • The differences between Germany’s DAAD programs and direct university admissions;
  • Major international scholarship programs in Europe and Asia;
  • Professional preparation of application documents (SOP, CV).

During the presentation, attention was drawn to the importance of social responsibility, adaptability to multicultural environments, and the development of an international cooperation culture alongside academic achievements. It was noted that international education experience fosters innovative thinking, strengthens research skills, and promotes a responsive approach to global challenges.

The seminar continued in an interactive discussion format, where participants’ questions were answered and practical recommendations were provided for students intending to pursue education abroad.

It should be noted that at Mingachevir State University, initiatives aimed at expanding students’ international mobility opportunities, integrating them into the global education and labor market, and ensuring the continuous development of their knowledge and skills constitute an integral part of a systematic and long-term strategy.
